CHRISTMAS TIME 2010

I have to say that I think this Christmas will be the best Christmas I will ever remember.  Reyenne is older this year, so of course she is wanting all the electronics and the big stuff, no more dollar store treats for her, she can actually tell the difference now.  LOL, Santa definitely has his work cut out for him this year, but something tells me he may be able to handle it.  This is only one of the many reasons that this year is going to be so wonderful. 


Christmas for me began Friday, we went shopping before Christmas eve, i know i know it's a miracle.  Then I realized that my cousin will be here in less than a week.  I am so excited to see him, it's been a while and we used to be inseparable.  Now to the really good stuff, I just found out that as long as everything goes right, my parents and my grandparents both are going to come out to my new house for Christmas Eve.  I thought for sure since all of our holiday plans got changed last minute that I wasn't going to get to see any of my family this year, I was so heartbroken this morning just thinking about it, so I emailed grandma, needed someone to talk to I guess.  That's when she told me, "well plans are we are going to be at your house for Christmas Eve".  I haven't been able to sit still since I found out.  I absolutely love my grandparents more than anyone can possibly imagine, and I am very lucky that they are still with me, and the prospect that THEY will be in my home in 11 days has me completely crazed with excitement.  This is going to be the best Christmas present I could have ever asked for.  I get to see my family, as well as Chris' because they are coming up for Christmas as well, for the Holiday.  I am so very blessed. 

Although, I get to see my grandparents, my parents, and one of my many, and I don't use that term lightly, cousins, I will still miss my extended family who will all be at Jills that Christmas day eating amazing food, and I can almost guarantee there will be Neiman Marcus cake, and enjoying wonderful family memories.  I miss all of you and Love all of you so much and wish you guys a wonderful holiday full of laughs and great times and memories.  I promise to make some kind of appearance at some family function at some point this coming year, who knows I may go for two.  LOL  I love you guys have a wonderful holiday!!!!

Brand New

So we are brand new to the whole blogging about our life, but alot of my cousins have one, and after following theirs I thought that it would be neat to have one of our own.  Something that we can look back on in the future.  So here we are.....

Give you quick little background, we live in Kilgore TX which is out in East TX about thirty minutes from Shreveport (maybe a little more).  We actually just moved out here back in February, we like the quiet of the country, but sometimes miss the convenience of the city.

There is Chris the dad, the best dad in the entire world, and if you think there may be someone better I DARE you to ask Reyenne, our beautiful 5 year old daughter, who definitely has a mind of her own, and if you decide to change it for her good luck to you, then there is Dillan my oldest son who lives in Dallas with his dad.  He is eleven and mom is no longer the cool one, it's all about the dad.  LOL he is too funny.  Then there is me Dana, "The mom," I absolutely love my life, and wouldn't change anything about it.  

We have two wonderful little guys that I definitely consider my four legged sons.  There is Oscar, "The good one", Oscar is a few years old and a little rat terrier (i think we got him from my brother in law) he is a little tiny thing a little older so he doesn't really get into too much trouble.  Then there's BROCK dun dun dun dun...."The BAD one."  Hehehehehe you will learn alot about him I am sure.  Had to add some little effects there.  He is a 10 month old lab 'nough said....  He is sooooo rowdy.  We love him so much even though he is the destructor of the family, but Reyenne comes in a close second place, at least she doesn't chew on anything lol!  He is ultimately Reyenne's best friend!!

And that about wraps it up on us!!! Glad you came to read our blog and hopefully you will get a few chuckles out of our day to day life!!!  I know we do!
